Approach to Therapy & How I Work
I prefer to create an individual plan to suit the needs of the client drawing upon a wide range of approaches. I offer a bespoke tailored approach to your problem and help you to find freedom from behaviours which may be stopping you, memories that may be on repeat, limiting self-beliefs, phobias that restrict you or simply a sense of things not being as good as they could be in your life, work or relationships.
In fewer sessions than you may think, you will be able to sort out your problems and make a permanent change..
I take a holistic approach and will draw on a range of modalities depending on you and your needs as each client is unique and what may work for one may not work for another. I provide short term and long term therapy and will work with whatever your needs may be
I work in a warm, supportive and open way, making sure your voice is heard and respected and that you come to understand yourself; your needs, conflicts, anxieties, defences, and relational patterns on a much deeper level, enabling you to explore alternative ways of being and relating, to help bring you greater satisfaction and stability.
